• Create an agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship
• Require TALVRIQ to accept the proposed project
• Require TALVRIQ to reserve development capacity
• Create a binding price or delivery commitment

A paid project begins only after the parties agree to the applicable written project terms, which may include a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written contract, and any required initial payment has been received.

4. PRICING AND TIMELINES

Prices displayed on talvriq.com are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

For example:

• Prototype projects may start at $1,500
• Functional MVP projects may start at $5,000
• Other services may have starting prices or custom pricing

Displayed prices are not binding quotations.

Actual pricing depends on factors including scope, functionality, complexity, user types, workflows, integrations, AI requirements, technical risk, project condition, timeline, and other requirements identified during project review.

Displayed delivery times are estimates for appropriately scoped projects and are not guarantees.

Final pricing, payment schedules, milestones, timelines, deliverables, exclusions, and responsibilities will be defined in the applicable project agreement.

5. SEPARATE PROJECT AGREEMENTS

These Website Terms govern use of talvriq.com.

They do not replace the separate agreement governing a paid TALVRIQ project.

If you become a client, the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, change order, or similar written agreement will control matters including, as applicable:

• Project scope
• Deliverables
• Payment
• Scheduling deposits
• Milestones
• Revisions
• Change requests
• Client responsibilities
• Third-party services
• Intellectual property and handoff
• Cancellation
• Support and bug-fix periods
• Confidentiality
• Warranties
• Liability
• Dispute procedures

If a project agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding a paid engagement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE

TALVRIQ evaluates projects for scope, technical fit, capacity, budget, timing, risk, and other factors.

We may accept, decline, defer, reduce, or propose changes to any project opportunity in our discretion.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a project slot.

7. PORTFOLIO AND DEMONSTRATION MATERIAL

TALVRIQ’s Startup Launch Setup service is limited to agreed technical or operational setup work.

TALVRIQ does not, through the website, provide legal entity-selection advice, tax elections, trademark legal advice, legal-document drafting, or similar professional services.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS
